Lillian is an urban planner & designer with previous experience in the public sector working on neighborhood plans and development projects. Here she worked with various stakeholders to facilitate meaningful processes and outcomes. She is particularly committed to designing to build and unbuild systems for vulnerable citizens. Lillian is passionate about community engagement that is sincere and mutually beneficial. She is also interested in creating public spaces that are inclusive, joyful, and amplify local culture.
