If yes, please consider applying for our open position as a zoning code expert at Raimi + Associates. This staff member will be responsible for supporting or leading our zoning code practice. You must be able to take initiative, work independently, be an excellent communicator and collaborator, and represent the firm professionally.

Responsibilities
Preparing zoning code updates, development regulations, design guidelines, and project management.
Assisting with public outreach and participation, including workshops and social media.
Managing projects (may vary depending on level of experience).
Assisting with other planning projects (General Plans, Specific Plans, design review), as needed.
Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in planning, urban design, architecture, or similar field.
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience.
Proven experience working on zoning codes, Form Based Codes, and development and design regulations in a variety of contexts (urban, suburban, rural).
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
