Ana Padilla

Intermediate Planner II
For the past eight years, Ana has focused their academic and professional work on urban planning, with a strong commitment to underserved communities. Growing up in Southern California and traveling to western Mexico, she observed how various challenges disproportionately affect communities of color, inspiring her dedication to equitable urban design. Ana recently earned Master’s in City Planning at UC Berkeley (Go Bears!) where she was learning to challenge traditional planning practice. Her expertise includes community engagement and context-sensitive planning, with experience across transportation, housing, and parks. After hours, Ana enjoys yoga, drawing, and travelling with friends and family.
