R+A LEED for Homes Projects Awarded AIA Los Angeles Awards

Raimi + Associates worked on the LEED for Homes certification for two affordable housing projects in Santa Monica and Los Angeles that were recently awarded Residential Architecture Awards by the Los Angeles Chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
 

Pacific Landing

Climate Positive Sustainability Award – Honor Award

Affordable Housing – Citation Award

Pacific Landing was awarded both the Climate Positive Sustainability Award and the Affordable Housing Award. It is a 4-story, 100% affordable housing project that provides 37 homes for families in Santa Monica. Pacific Landing is an all-electric building and is expected to be certified as LEED Platinum. It was developed by Community Corp of Santa Monica and designed by Patrick TIGHE Architecture.


 

SP7 / San Pedro House

Affordable Housing – Citation Award

SP7 / San Pedro House as awarded the Affordable Housing – Citation Award. It is a 7-story, 100% affordable housing project that provides 81 supportive housing units for homeless and chronically homeless people in Downtown Los Angeles. It was developed by Skid Row Housing Trust and designed by KFA Architects. SP7 was certified as LEED Platinum.
