The Urban Land Institute (ULI) Los Angeles hired Raimi + Associates to create a healthy community toolbox tailored for the needs of the Los Angeles region. Working with ULI membership, R+A developed a toolbox that includes strategies and tools that can be used to create healthy communities in the Los Angeles Region. The toolbox includes detailed programs, case studies, and examples of where each has been implemented. As part of implementation, R+A is assisted ULI members and staff from a local city to plan the toolbox.
