Raimi + Associates worked with the City of Milpitas to develop Objective Design Standards for residential and mixed-use projects. The document was the first city-wide design document. R+A's work included providing a techical memo, framework plan for design standards, site tests of example products, and a comprehensive set of objective design standards.
